Cookies and milk, “shaken, not stirred…”

As a young New Yorker who spent most of his free time dining out in Manhattan, I fondly remember David’s Cookies in the early 1980′s, the first eatery that marketed premium cookies exclusively in a boutique bakery that was all “the rage” for a couple of years. So it is with some fond memories that I checked out Rude Boy Cookies in Albuquerque, a premium “milk and cookie bar” that plays Ska and reggae music (it’s a Jamaican thing) and stays open until midnight on the weekends.
